Visit the The Minerva Garden, home to several species of plants. Constructed in the thirteeth century, it was the first ever botanical garden in Europe used for research and the cultivation of plants for therapeutic and medicinal purposes. And later, sit on the terrace at their ‘Tisaneria’ (Herbal Tea Café) and enjoy a cup of herbal tea–originating from plants grown on-site!
