If you wish to stay less than three (3) nights there is a surcharge of 8€ that will be added to your final bill.

Reservations
To make a reservation or to check availability, simply click here to send me an email. All emails are responded to personally within 48 hours. You will then be sent a reservation form to complete. Please take a few minutes to read our policy below, or on our reservation form.

My Salerno Apartment Advert on Air BnB
Getting Here
You must take a train from Salerno or Naples to Cava dei Tirreni, then take a local bus to the apartment. I will send you detailed directions – however If It’s possible, I am happy to meet you at the train station in Cava dei Tirreni, and accompany you up to the apartment. Please call or text me to confirm your arrival before you board your train or bus.
When You Arrive
You will be given the keys to the apartment and a mini-tour of the house, where you can find everything you need, and provided with all the information you need regarding shops and services, and local transit.
Please do not hesitate to ask any questions about the area, sites, transit or any other concerns you may have. I am happy to help!
Payment Requirements and Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully
I ask for a reservation confirmation fee of 25€, which can be sent via PayPal to the account “cakesmccain@gmail.com” This fee will secure your reservation and will be added as credit to your final bill. In last-minute booking circumstances this advance fee can be waived and paid upon arrival. Full room payment must be made upon arrival. For security purposes I ask to see valid identification.
Standard check-in time is from 2:30 pm. But this is flexible with advanced notice.
Please advise me of your arrival time no less than 24 hours in advance of your arrival time.
Checkout time is 12:00 pm.
Paying with a Credit Card
- I will not automatically charge your card nor accept credit card payments for your room reservation
- If you wish to pay in advance for your room, you can only do so only through the PayPal website
- There is a fee (3.5% of the total charge) for PayPal transactions
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, I must receive written notice at least five (5) calendar days prior to your arrival (four (4) full days between your arrival and the day of cancellation).
CANCELLATIONS WITHOUT AT LEAST FIVE (5) DAYS NOTICE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ONE NIGHT’S STAY
If you decide to cancel after you arrive and before you have paid the full balance for your room, you will be penalized one night’s stay.
The 25€ confirmation fee is not refundable if you cancel.
Changes
For changes I must receive written or verbal notice at least five (5) calendar days prior to your arrival (five (5) full days between your arrival and the day of cancellation). If you decide to make changes within three (3) days of your arrival that will shorten the length of your stay, your balance will remain the same regardless of the number of nights you stay.
