*These rates are based on a 3 night minimum stay.
If you wish to stay less than 3 nights there is a surcharge of 8€ that will be added to your final bill.

Singles, or groups of 2 or more can be accommodated in the Master Bedroom (if a larger space is preferred or required). Please specify which room when making your reservation. Please note that only one of the rooms can be available per group/booking; unfortunately we cannot rent both rooms simultaneously.

I ask for a reservation confirmation fee of 20€, which can be sent via:

• PayPal, to the account - yourhost@mysalernoapartment.com
• Western Union

This fee will secure your reservation, and will be added as credit to your final bill.
(In last-minute booking circumstances this advance fee can be waived and paid upon arrival)

Full room payment must be made prior to or upon arrival (see below).

For security purposes I ask to see valid identification.

Standard Check-In time is from 2:30 pm - please let me know in advance what time you will arrive and I will accommodate you the best way possible.

Check out time is 12:00 pm.

PAYING WITH A CREDIT CARD

* We will not automatically charge your card / accept credit card payments for your room reservation

* If you wish to pay in advance for your room, you can only do so only through the PayPal website or through Western Union

* There is an additional fee (3.5% of the total charge) for PayPal transactions

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations we must receive written notice at least 4 calendar days prior to your arrival (4 full days between your arrival and the day of cancellation).

CANCELLATIONS WITHOUT AT LEAST 4 DAYS NOTICE – WILL BE CHARGED FOR ONE NIGHTS STAY.

If you decide to cancel after you arrive and before you have paid the full balance for your room, you will be penalized one nights stay.

The 20€ confirmation fee is not refundable if you cancel.

CHANGES

For changes we must receive written or verbal notice at least 4 calendar days prior to your arrival (4 full days between your arrival and the day of cancellation).

If you decide to make changes within 3 days of your arrival that will shorten the length of your stay, your balance will remain the same regardless of the number of nights you stay.

Getting to Us from the Main Station…

You can take a taxi for approximately 9,00€ or buy a bus ticket and hop on a bus for 0,80€.

You only need to take one bus and there is a short walk (approximately 5 minutes) to the apartment. The bus ride is approximately 10 minutes depending on traffic.

After making your reservation we will email you simple ‘printer friendly’ directions that include a map on how exactly to find us, including bus information and what to tell a cab driver. We will also tell you how to get a hold of us if you lose your way!

When You Arrive!

You will be greeted and given keys, I will show you your room/give you a mini-tour, and I will gladly demonstrate how the security works at the door (enter/exit), where to find everything you need - kitchen appliances, utensils, etc., introduce you to my family circus, and answer any questions you may have.
