Where We Are
Benincasa is a small hillside village located 20 minutes outside Salerno (near Vietri sul Mare) overlooking the Amalfi Coast and Mediterranean Sea in the Province of Salerno. Complete with friendly locals and plenty of sunshine! We are easily reachable by car or by local/regional transit.
About our rooms and B&B
Our eclectically decorated flat has a private entrance, a view of the sea, and a mini-rooftop where you can have a seat and enjoy the views, take in some sun and perhaps drink or two! The kitchen is large, modern and equipped with appliances and amenities you are free to use! Plus there is a sofa and TV/DVD player along with a large selection of films in English (and other languages). The master bedroom is sunny, very spacious and has a mini-terrace which faces the coast. Our smaller room is located on ‘the landing’ on the flat’s upper level and is a cozy, comfortable space for budget-minded travelers. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and also a washing machine is available (for a minimal charge per load). |

In addition, a computer and free internet access is available for your convenience. PLUS Guided walks and hikes around our area can also be arranged! Take in the view of the coast from above while discovering the hidden shortcuts to our neighboring villages! Urban adventurers can enjoy ample fresh air and leisurely walks to neighboring towns like Vietri sul Mare, famous for its artisan ceramics! |
Breakfast is complimentary, and coffee and tea are available whenever you like. Clean linens, shampoo, soap and towels are included. We also do fun but practical Italian cooking instruction like Pasta and Tomato Sauce For Dummies, Plus Other Easy, Fast and Tasty Things You Can Make at Home!

What’s nearby?
The apartment is conveniently situated seconds away from a transit stop, mini-supermarket, butcher shop, coffee bar, and five-minute walk from two local restaurants renowned in the area which serve up pizza, delicious local cuisine and fresh fish.
Vietri sul Mare is a lovely town that can be reached by bus or on foot (15 minutes) where you can explore the local ceramic shops or pick any of the great local eateries for a fabulous meal, or gelato! Also nearby is the village of Raito with its fantastic sea views and quaint walkways.
The rest of the Amalfi Coast, plus Pompeii and Paestum await you! And we can help get you get there!
